Our natural state of being is to be in balance, whole and at ease. When we are out of balance, we become sick. Our body will naturally try to get back to the original balance. When that does not happen quickly, we tend to become angry, frustrated, anxious, or even guilty for being sick and needing our family to take care of us.
Meditation is a way to go deep inside, connect with our inner self, communicate with our body and find out what we need to be balanced again. We can resolve a lot of emotional and mental issues. As we shift and grow, we may discover that we have a new, different balance point and be at peace with this new self.
