At The Golden Space, we offer mindfulness to any interested individual, regardless of race, religion or limited knowledge on the topic. The session covers simple background, breathing technique, but more importantly the awareness of our body reactions to our consciousness during mindfulness activities. Fun, joy and laughter filled the session with simple games played to heighten such awareness, and at the same time provide practical and hands-on experience to make mindfulness easy to understand and grasp.
