Kickstart your Saturdays with an energizing yoga class in the healing energy of Botanic Gardens. Spending time in Nature realigns our body to Earth’s magnetic field, helping us maintain physical balance and recover quickly.
Walking or exercising on natural surfaces also increases our body’s ability to adapt to a wide range of movement. We spend most of our lives on flat ground, moving our bodies in a limited range of movement, gradually losing strength and mobility in underused muscles. Yoga @ Botanics is designed to progressively strengthen our body in a varying range of movements, increasing mobility and decreasing chances of injury.

Using yoga as a tool, she helps people gain awareness of their bodies and their inner world so that they can tap into the body’s natural ability to heal.
