Singing is not about using our throat to project our voice. A proper and healthy singing technique has to be combined with our open heart and body gestures.
Through singing you can understand your sensitivity and how your body reacts to frequency, touch and dynamic movements. Sound can be your health detector and also your best doctor.
When we sing and breathe, it is a great exercise to balance our metabolism while we release energy and stretch the lung and diaphragm muscles. It keeps your Qi flowing and helps you to stay young.

“The vocal class😲 is not just about learning how to sing🌬. After taking classes with Michelle Chong👼, I realised much more deeper benefits like improving self-confidence, better body posture, how to use our voice for healing ourselves, how to express and project our voice👄 and also to regulate it💥 to meet different audiences’ needs… I enjoyed every session and I am amazed that my voice is becoming richer and stable. I am truly blessed with wonderful coaches in life❤”
“The music and voice therapy session helped me to open up my heart and allowed me to sing freely. I used to have a very soft voice and my colleagues couldn’t even hear me talking. After attending a few sessions, my voice is much more powerful and loud. I am able to sing high and Low notes better. My tired body also feels much more energised after each session.”
