No, prior experience is not required to join our classes. At The Golden Space, we offer a range of classes suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Basic Bliss Class is perfect for those new to yoga, providing a supportive and welcoming environment to learn the fundamentals.

 

For your yoga class, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a small towel. If you forget your mat, don’t worry! We have mats available for rent or purchase at the studio. Comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion is also recommended.

 

The frequency of your practice depends on your personal goals and schedule. Generally, practicing 2-3 times a week can help you see improvements in flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. However, even practicing once a week can have noticeable benefits. The key is consistency and listening to your body.
